Thanks to all experts,
Mohammad Al-Saheb your suggestion worked out my issue. i delete old record userid associate with person number in "DirPersonUser".
and again make relation from relation button in user list action pane.

I asked "And from which user is this screenshot from? The one that you are trying to associate with a worker, or the one that you see in the error message? You should be looking at the user that is mentioned in the error message."
You answered: "From same user id i showed the relation and mantian conversion forms."
This doesn't really answer my question. I asked from which user is the screenshot from - and basically you answer that it's from the user that you showed in the screenshot.. Of course the user in the screenshot is the user that is in the screenshot.
Could you try to read my question again and see if you can provide any additional details? Thanks!
