Not able to publish a form on Real-Time Journeys due to Email address record error

Hi, 

I am trying to setup a new form on Real-time Journeys (Our company forms are all currently on outbound), and for some reason when I click publish it appears that I have to add the email field, but the field is already there. Also I created a form yesterday in the exact same way and it worked. 
 
Can someone help here?

    Unfortunately I have checked all the boxes you mentioned and nothing seems to work. 

    If someone please has an idea of what might be happening please let me know. 

    Its driving me crazy
