I'm trying to get the new Copilot in customer service feature 'Use Copilot-powered email template recommendations' to work for Dutch email templates.
The UI language is set to Dutch, so is my browser. But copilot keeps going back to the fallback and writes out an email response instead of suggesting a Dutch email template.
When I put everything in English, I see the recommendations.
According to the release calendar Use Copilot-powered email template recommendations | Microsoft Learn this feature is general available.
When I search for the feature by geography it stills says the feature is Planned for Europe.
If I search the feature by language I can't find it.
Anybody knows the exact status of this feature?
