Hi,
Currently when login to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice My Projects Portal, I can see all the projects created by me, as well as all the projects shared with me. Is there a way to list only the projects that I am the one who created them? Or to list out the creator information.
The reason behind the request is because one of the employees left our company, and it is confirmed by Microsoft Support that it is impossible to transfer the ownership of a Customer Voice project to another person. The projects under the original owner will be deleted permanently after 30 days the account is disabled.
Thanks!
Edwin
Hey Edwin,
I can see the documentation indicates the same. The recommended approach is to share the project before removing them from the organization.

You can find a list of projects through the Maker Portal by finding the Customer Voice Project table or through Advanced Find.
This shows you the data, but I don't believe this will help you. Access to the project must be granted through the Customer Voice app by clicking "Share", and this does not appear to be the same as sharing from the model-driven form.
I think what you'd have to do is log in with this old user and share the projects that way.
