Initialization of ActiveX component failed

Hi,

 

AX client in unable to initialize the activex component while starting up.

This issue is showing up on 2 of the client servers (out of 3) where the OS is Windows server 2008 R2 sp1. 

I was able to register the .ocx manually , but somehow the Ax client is not able to initialize the ActiveX component.

I know unchecking the "telephony Integration" will resolve the isssue but i dont want to do that.

Please let me know  if anyone has any information on this issue.

Error message:-

"Operation failed"

"Initialization of ActiveX component failed"

Ax version :  Ax 2012 R3 Cu10.

OS :- Windows server 2008 R2 sp1
