This community is fantastic, and all you people are fantastic. During my first setup you all helped me a lot. Now I have a tricky request.
Person - an employee who works with customers, can be more than one.
Customer - the customer of the company.
The idea is to use the CRM as a main incoming email client. So person is opening the activities and doesn't need an outlook to read emails, everything is coming into Dynamics. When person is replying to customer request, it also comes out of dynamics but for the customer is comes like from the persons email.
I have exchange server configured. I have emails sent from Dynamics (but using only configured, default queue). How can I setup multiple email addresses?

By default CRM only takes emailaddress1(Email) field to send email to contact.
If a contact has multiple email address, you could create multiple contact records with different emailaddress1 for him/her,
then link them together with "connection".
