Purchase requisition with Purchase Order report along workflow history

Hi Experts,
 
I have received request from customer to create Purchase requisition with Purchase Order report along workflow history.
 
From Tracking details list I have to sum Created date and time based on Action performed by User.
 
 
 
 
Please guide me from where I should start.
