The following transaction I am doing in system

    1) Acquisition of Fixed Asset either from Fixed Asset Journal or from Purchase order (Invoicing) (28/10/2013) .

    2) The Depreciation profile is "Straight Line Percentage" so the Depreciation Book and tagged to value model .

    3)  Trying to calculate depreciation using Fixed Asset Journal-> Depreciation proposal-> till 31/03/2014. System is not suggesting depreciation .

    4) Trying to calculate Depreciation using Depreciation Book journal .System is suggesting Depreciation .

    Hi Mriganka,

    There can be several causes:

    - The value model has no appropriate calendar

    - Depreciation checkbox is not marked on the asset book. Maybe also missing on the value model.

    - There are no fiscal periods in the future (caused a problem at one of my customers)

    Can you check these settings?

For the particular value module add shift depreciation.
