Problem with Account string on General Journal

I have a strange problem with my Account String on an line in a General Journal.

When I look at the Account String on the line it shows the correct values, but on the general tab one of the Dimension values are missing.

On the line it shows Account = 405020000-0204014001-322140700-010460

On the general tab its = 405020000 - - 322140700-010460

Why is this happening, and does anyone know how to fix it?

    I am not 100% sure, but it does look like this record was created manually, but some time ago.

    What do you mean?

    The Journal has already been posted, it can't be edited.

    The problem is that it was created with account string 405020000-0204014001-322140700-010460

    But now it seems only to be 405020000 - - 322140700-010460.

    So for some reason when the 02040140001 part of it has disappeared.
