Struggling to configure the mvmnet mailbox with Dynamics CRM

Hello everyone,
 
We have been struggling to configure the mvmnet mailbox with Dynamics CRM. The mvmnet configuration is available here: https://www.mvmnet.com/it/email/configurazione-client/
 
We have tried both IMAP/SMTP and POP3/SMTP settings, but they fail.
For example, when we set the
Incoming Server location: mail.tuodominio.it
Outgoing Server location: mail.tuodominio.it
Incoming Port: 110
Outgoing Port: 587
 
The mailbox fails to configure and for *Outgoing* it says:
The email message /Your mailbox is now connected to Dynamics 365/ cannot be sent because the email server location or the outgoing email port specified in the associated email server profile is incorrect.
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 109.233.126.136:587
 
For *incoming*, it says:
An unknown error occurred while receiving email
An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection.
One possibility is that you are trying to connect to a port that does not support SSL/TLS.
