Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help.

I have a real-time Journey which has 2 steps where a custom trigger is activated. One of the triggers should initiate a Power Automate Flow, which is not happening.

  • The Flow isn't getting triggered and I get this error against the step in my Journey. The Flow is being used to personalise the survey and its associated email. Journey runs, has an error at the 'Run Flow' trigger step, and then carries on and sends the emails as part of further steps. Emails received are now not personalised or have a survey invite link (both steps which the Flow does).

Error is: 'System failure could be caused by issues like service outage.'

Anyone have ideas on what this error means? Not getting much info online.
