I am using a dynamics 365 trial account.
I can send an email to anyone using my outlook web app or outlook app with no issues. But if I created an email activity to dynamics 365 and send it to an internal email I will get the "undeliverable" email.

I also did try the delisting my email address but it is giving me an error message saying my email address and ip address is incorrect.
