Application routing

Hi all,
 
I have a question regarding the routing of an application.
 
Following scenario:
 
I am a recruiter and I want to route an application to another person for analyzing the cv.
 
 
How does now the person who is selected in this case know about this application routing?
I could not find any task to do or any information regarding this selection.
 
Any ideas?

    Hi Rifat,
     
    The simple way to achieve this is to create an alert by going to option.
    Another option is to create a power automate when a record is created in HRMApplicantRouting.
