Outbound work blocked before the put instruction

Hi Folks,

I have a recurring problem for which I have not found a solution. Preparation work prepared by two users impossible to finish. example
Pick A1 x 10 (prepared by user1)
Pick A1 x 20 (prepared by user2)

in this case it is impossible to execute the Put instruction. I have to do a manual job to delete the work.
Question how can I avoid that two users prepare the same work.

Hi Imad,

This is a Known bug for AX2012. but there is a workaround for it.

1- you need to keep the work assined to a worker when he start it. the option is under the mobile device menu item its called "Keep work locked by user". when you use it no other users will be able to pick the other lines and then you will not have this conflict.

It's good for "Keep job locked by user" option.

on the other hand, the works which are blocked, how I can finish them.
