Schedule board customization

Hi all,

We just started using scheduling in Field Service.  At the bottom of the Schedule board, it shows a list of open requirements designated by 2 separate tabs: Open Requirements and Unscheduled Work Orders and underneath has a list of available columns that can be added or removed for better visibility depending on the scheduler's needs. (Name, From Date, To date, Duration, etc.)  What I would like to do is add the "Incident Type" to this list of columns as it is not available as an out of the box selection.

Can anyone offer a solution to this?

Thanks!

    Hi.

Each tab you see at the bottom of the Schedule Board is a Resouce Requirement view. You can configure the columns on the Resource Requirement views.
