Global Update - Email Signature

We have multiple users who added personalized email signatures with our company logo that is HUGE and is causing issues with customers complaining - lots of scrolling through replies.

Is there a way to globally remove the image? I could not find it in XRMToolbox and I can't find the table column anywhere.

Hi There,

Go to advanced setting > Templates > Email signatures

This will list all the email signatures, provided you have system admin role.

Select all the email signatures and from the command bar select delete.

This is not global email templates. This is signatures under personalized settings.

Disable permission for future emails and disable the records from Email signature entity.

Get email signature.

That doesn't help me fix existing ones. Is there a database field/column that stores signatures?
