Manual Flows No Longer Showing in Ribbon

UPDATE: I never figured out what was causing this issue or what "Flows_AttemptAuthAgain" meant but this issue resolved itself after a while (don't remember how long, around 1-4 hours).

Manual flows using the "When a record is selected" or button trigger are no longer showing in the ribbon when the Flow button is clicked.

I have no idea what the "Flows_AttemptAuthAgain" choice is. It just takes me to the PA MS documentation: Power Automate documentation - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

    Hi,

    Can you please enable Microsoft flow setting for your organization by navigating to settings->System ->Administration->Settings->Customization tab->Enable Microsoft flow ->Set this to yes

    That's not the issue. The Manual Flows weren't showing but the option for Flows was already enabled.
