One user had power outage, which caused the data corruption. When he receive order, he got "underdelivery" error, see screen shot.
We think during his receipt process, some data was not updated, even in final receipt, it shows correct remaining quantity. So, we tried to figure out where could be the data problem, but, failed.
Any hint/suggest is appreciated.

You activated underdelivery parameter in inventory management parameters and probably it has been set the value more than the value which you see in this error.

Can you have a developer and / or the MS support having a look at the corrupted data record?
They should be able to identify and correct things.
Wouldn't recommend trying to fix this issue from the AX client as it might make things worse and cause related subsequent problems e.g. in inventory close, valuation, etc.
