SysUsersOnline report - where is it?

According to the article below, it should be in the menu, but I can't see it. Vanilla AX installation. I want to check the user online time.

I've tried accessing it from Menu Items > Output > SysUserOnlineReport and I'm receiving an error that I don't have enough rights to access it, even though I'm a SysAdmin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Is this report not available unless the db logging is configured?

    I just ran it in my AX 2012 R3 environment.

    Make sure the report is deployed, i.e. publish-axreport.

    Depending on your security setup, you may have to run AX elevated, especially if you're running it on a server that's not a terminal server.

    Otherwise, certainly a SysAdmin should have access within AX to all objects that are not disabled by license or configuration key.

    Database logging is an entirely different feature from plain old user logging.  Different tables entirely.

    License Configuration > Administration > User Log

    It is disabled. That's the problem eh?

    I would think so.  It's the only thing that makes sense if you're an Admin.
