    Hello,

You can go to "Help & Support" and copy the "View the last known error"?

Check if You have provided the Posting No. Serie for invoices or Receipts in the Sales & receivables setup.

If the document was created when this setup was not provided, You have to re-create the Sales Order after you provide the setup, because the No.serie is already pulled in the header at the moment of creating the SO.

I agree with KasparsSemjonovs, I would check if you have a value in the posting no. series field. You can check in the page inspection pane:

    Thanks.

    Hi
Are you running a shipment or an invoice?
Could you check the call stack and see more details of the error?

Sales invoice and posted sales invoice number series is different.

It might be worth creating a new sales order with the same information and posting that one if the error persists and the suggestions below haven't worked. Or, do you encounter this error message on all orders?

    Hi
According to our colleague, you can test it on a new document, or validate that it does not occur in another order.
By any chance, do you have any development around these functionalities?
