I want to restrict schedule board tabs created by a user in a business unit to not be visible to a user in another business unit. Currently schedule board tabs created in Business unit A are visible for users in Business unit B. Can we achieve this through security role ? Can someone guide me pls?
Hi partner,
You can have multiple schedule board tabs configured for your business needs. As the owner of a schedule board tab, you can share the tab.
Every user with a Field Service security role gets access. Admins can also create custom security roles with the Schedule Board Setting privilege.
