Hello everyone,

I have one duplicate detection job that has been configured by someone else in the system and now I want to know the criteria/duplicate detection rule used at the time of the configuration of this duplicate detection job.

Also, email is being sent when this job is being run and I want to stop sending these emails.

Is anyone know how we can see the configuration of a running duplicate detection job?

Any help would much be appreciated.

The duplicate detection job will run based on the duplicate detection rules set in your CRM application (Settings --> Data Management --> Duplicate Detection Rules).

For more details to know how the duplicate detection job works, refer here https://www.marksgroup.net/blog/dynamics-365-duplicate-detection-jobs-merging-records/
