I'm really struggling to build a segment which we can use as part of our event journey to send an email to those contact who registered for an event but never checked in.
I can't see an obvious link between the Event registration and the check-in so any help would be most welcome in building this segment
Hi, We've analyzed your needs and here are a few of our thoughts. You can set up two /Groups/ the first /Group/ to get records for the /Event registration/ entity and the second /Group/ for getting records for the /Check in/ entity. Use a /But not/ connection between the two /Groups/. The first condition in the above diagram specifies /Event/ to narrow down the filter, and the second condition utilizes the /Creation Time/ field to get records for all entities at the time of the event.
