Invoke PHP page through Javascript from opportunity form

We have a PHP page which opens in a webresource. Our requirement is to invoke this page through Jscript from opportunity form AND then select some value on the opened form.
Selecting the value should populate a field on opportunity form with the value selected.

Hi,

Since your PHP application is hosted under a different domain, I believe the only wait for JavaScript to interact between your custom PHP application and the Dynamics 365 CE form is by using the postMessage API -- developer.mozilla.org/.../postMessage
