we can email payslips but not remittance advices...

We require to send out remittance advice's via email - outlook 2007. This creates an error something along on the lines of

'This messagse is for C/AL programmers:

The call to memebr DriverInit failed. CDINTF~1 returned the following message:

DriverINit failed

We can send to internal email address's

we can email payslips to internal and external email address's

Both the above processes use the same SMTP server and authentication

We have just upgraded to Nav 2009 R2 and Role tailored client

any ideas please
