Hello,
Please suggest some best tools to check performance optimization tools for MS Dynamics online version. I want to analyze all the time to load form and impacting areas like due to javascript or HTML webresources which are on form And all the integrations api used and plugins code optimization and everything related app which causes slowness and how we can improve to it.

This would be easier if you raise a support ticket to Microsoft. But here I only talk about the way without support team.
1. For front-end, you can use Chrome Lighthouse to generate report and get advice.
2. For back-end, you can use plugin trace to log the info you want. There is a tool Plugin Trace Viewer.
3. For slow query, you can use SQL 4 CDS to check the query execution plan.
Performance insights is a good tool to start with.
