Getting an error while upgrading solution in Dynamics CRM 2011

Hello,
 
I am working in a legacy project where Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is being used.

I am trying to import updated version of a managed solution. It is failing on 99.93% and failing with error `Dependencies Calculation`. The error does not specify any entity where this error is occurring.
 
Any idea what this error could be related to?
 
I looked at this blogpost and verified that the required language packs are installed.
