PO Line Item Quantity becomes Zero when Created from PR with PR Line Item Quantity = 1 in AX 2012 R3 CU13

We have an issue in our AX Application with the version AX 2012 R3 CU13,

We have created a PR with one PR Line Item quantity = 1 and the PR is Approved.
Now we go the ‘Release Approved Purchase Requisitions’ form and release this Approved PR to create the PO by selecting the required Vendor.

The PO is getting created but the Quantity of the PO line item is getting set to blank where as it should be 1 which was selected on the PR.

Note: If the Quantity of PR line item > 1, then it works fine.

Any one faced this issue earlier?

Hi Muneeb,

Does it happen for all items or specific items?

Do you search your case in LCS?

Please check if the min purchase quantity is set in default order of item.
