However, I get the following error message:
Is someone knows why I get that error? Am I doing something wrong?
I was told the report should give me inventory value or qty as of the date specified in the buckets? Am I right?

We can't see the attachment.
Can you try saving your screenprints as photos first and then upload them through the rich formatting windows that you can access by clicking on the respective button right below the text box.
