Right now the forum can be accessed by any anonymous user.
Is it possible to limit only login users access forum?

You can force any annonymous user to login to the portal before access anything, whenever a person visit the portal the first page they see is the Sign In page.
So simply create a Web Page Access Control Rule of type Restrict Read on the Home page of your Portal – and be sure to set the scope to “Exclude direct child web files”
When you add a Web Page Access Control Rule to the homepage, this will be inherited by all other pages, because all other pages are considered below the homepage and thus inherit this rule.
Follow these steps to restrict access to the whole portal and only allow authenticated users.
1.Go Portal Management > Web Pages to open Home page:
2.Add new Web Page Access Control Rule
