I would be interested in connecting with other organizations who are customers of Tamarac CRM. My experience is Tamarac Support struggles to keep up with normal technical questions, and I have given up on tapping them as a knowledgeable source for questions that delve into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform topics. I have suggested to them that they sponsor a technical community forum for their customers like Microsoft does for its platforms, but don't expect a response. I have found a well-informed, reliable Dynamics 365 consultant to help me with my learning curve. But an online community of peers would be an invaluable way to trade help on-demand, spontaneously. Am eager to share from my starter bag of hard-won lessons learned. Hopefully there are others like me out there. Thoughts?

Hi Griff,
This forum is about Dynamics 365 Finance. Don't expect to find a lot of Tamarac CRM users. To be honest, I haven't heard of this solution before. You can probably better use LinkedIn to find the other organizations or (if exists) a Tamarac forum or user group.
Andre,
Thanks for taking the time to comment. If Dynamics 365 Finance community is about a Microsoft product, then indeed I’m in the wrong place. I was trying to find the right spot in this forum to issue my plea. Tamarac CRM is built on Dynamics 365. (There is no user group or online forum--leading me to try here.) I’ll try again in the “industries” section of the forum.
Thanks,
Griff
Thanks for the clarification. You can also try the Dynamics 365 General forum.
Hello Griff,
I actually saw this in my search for an issue within Tamarac CRM. We currently use them, and I agree, transitioning to the UI (in March of 2020) was problematic for them with regards to support. I'm the SME/POC/Admin for our Tamarac CRM and am taking courses related to Dynamics 365 Fundamentals to compliment this. We used a consultant this summer, but it was when we were focused on integration with SP, and I snuck in a couple hours of training. From there, I've simply asked their CRM team to train me. I know enough to break the system and fix the pieces, but rarely the reasons.
In short, I have similar hard-won lessons so I'm willing to help with this community.

Hi Elena,
Thanks for responding to my post! (I actually took Andre's advice about this location being the wrong place for my topic and re-posted in the "Industries" section of this community: .
I wanted to give a quick reply to your message to keep up the momentum. Do you have topics for future posts you think might be helpful to others and help the conversation get a wider foothold?
Off the top of my head, these may be of interest:
But I'm very interested to hear what you might have searched for online.
P.S. If you re-post your message in that other location, I'll put this answer in again over there and we can use that location going forward, OK? Thx.
