The Status or Status Reason of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Record Could Not Be Set

Hi Everyone,

I trying to import the data into the case entity. After imported data, still, case is active state only. I need to make the case are inactive.

    Hi,

    With Flow, I'm not sure we can update the status without applying any workaround. But here is the way with workflow.

    This is a background workflow and the update will be delayed. Also, not sure at what point you are triggering the workflow. You can also create a custom workflow to trigger the number of case record created on a particular day to change it to resolve.

    Dear Vet,

    you can create a on-demand workflow and select all record to trigger it, in change the status of workflow you can select deactivate option and run

    I trying to importing more than 200 records in the case entity. How to update the state code query all records. If any workflow is there achieving this. Kindly needful for this issue

    Hi Vetrivel,

    After importing and creating the case, you need to run update query to update the case statecode=1 which will make the case inactive.
