Is there a way to see a printout of a collection letter?

Have you already created your collection letters?
If this is the case you can simply print/re-print them.
Otherwise, you have to run the collection letter generation process first before you can identify them.

How do I know what is written in the connection letter? How do I get to it where I could edit it?
Hi,
In the AX client you have only limited options to influence what is printed in the collection letter.
If you check under Accounts receivable/Periodic/Collections/Print/Postcollectionletters then you can identify a note tab where you can enter a text that is printed on the document. (Note that this text can be defaulted by the collection letter setups).
