Problem with a Account's Workflow with Activity Appointment

Hello guys,

I'm having a little problem when I try to created a simple native workflow in Dynamics 365 Sales in order to do update in records of entity Accounts, but the message error don't say nothing that I can understandpastedimage1604200629755v2.png

    Hi Andre,

    When you have an issue with an asynchronous workflow you can go to the "Process Sessions" menu link on the left and see a more detail trace of the execution and maybe the error as well, I always use it to diagnose any kind of issues.

    Try to remove and re-add the Timeline on the default form and let me know

    Hi Andre, maybe you're updating the record after it has been closed?

    Can't you convert that to a real time workflow and execute before the record changeS?
