Problem with a Account's Workflow with Activity Appointment

Hello guys,

I'm having a little problem when I try to created a simple native workflow in Dynamics 365 Sales in order to do update in records of entity Accounts, but the message error don't say nothing that I can understand

Hi Andre, maybe you're updating the record after it has been closed?

Can't you convert that to a real time workflow and execute before the record changeS?

Hi Andre,

When you have an issue with an asynchronous workflow you can go to the "Process Sessions" menu link on the left and see a more detail trace of the execution and maybe the error as well, I always use it to diagnose any kind of issues.
