How to Transfer WIP to Project P&L in Fixed Price Projects

Hi Folks,
 
I have Posted PO in Fixed Price project and line property is Non-chargeable with WIP. PO cost is appearing in WIP.
To move PO cost from WIP to Project P&L I am creating Revenue recognition but cost is not appearing Zero in Cost template for the Item.
Can anyone guide me the process?
