We are Transitioning to D365 with F&O ( Finance & Operations) as our primary account & exploring field service as an add in for our service division.
I'm hoping someone can explain or point me to information on the term " Posting of a Service Order ' with relation to Field Technicians licensing levels ?

No if a licensed field service module user ( Office admin ) dose all the creating & invoicing but the Field technician only completed the tasks/lists & acknowledges his times & sundry items.
Dose that not put them as a "Dynamics 365 Team Members" license level ?
