in the bank reconciliation screen

to window panes

- on left Bank statement entries

-on right Bank account ledger entries

at some point I must have clicked on something by accident as the left hand pane has disappeared

I cannot see how to get it back

The help menu takes you through the bank rec process but there doesn't appear to be any help on customising the screen view or how to remove/retrieve these panes

other users on the system can see the same rec with the two panes next to one another

Hi BushBaby,

You've probably removed the left pane from the gear icon. All you have to do, is to click on the upper left corner (the blue arrow), the Customize, Customize this Page. From that screen, select ''FastTabs'' on the left column, and then restaure defaults.

Close the Reconciliation page, re-open it again and it should reappear.
