Full name on Quick View

Posted on by 123

Hi,

I created a quick view for in contacts.

Added full name - it displays First name, Middle name and Last name in different columns (fields)

Is there a way just to display the full name as it is visible on a standard form.

Thanks

Damesh

    Hi,

You can create a calculated field to splice strings(Firstname+middlename+lastname).

    Please refer to my steps:

Splice strings with "Concat". Please note that the names are separated by spaces.

    Hello Damesh.

I think that the FullName is a field that is Typically compossed by those 3 (Name, Middle Name, LastName).    That's why it's pulling all three fields.  As a workaround, maybe you can create a "custom field" on the Contact Entity that contains "Preferred Name" and make it the same (First Name Middle Name Last Name) and this is the one you use?
