SAGE ACCPAC EFT REMITTANCES PROBLEM

Hi, if we have 300 remittances to send out our system would randomly send only the first 20 or sometimes the first 40.

The others are ignored.

Cwnt figure out what's causing this problem. 

We have to divide the remittances up and send out wh8ch is time consuming.

    Hey Mary,

    This is going to be a tough one to answer through forums as the email process has many working parts that are outside of GP as well.

    Few things you can try/check:

    Check the SY01200 table and make sure there is nothing funny about the Email Fields. The fields are EmailToAddress, EmailCcAddress and EmailBccAddress.

              select * from SY01200

    If these do not have valid email addresses, this could cause a problem like this and would need to correct these fields.

    The other thing to look at is if they are hitting the Exchange Limit of Email that can be sent. Review the article below on this.

    This is where I would start. If it does not help, i recommend support case as these are not easy to solve.
