Hi,

Please check the accounts that are used in the transaction you try to post.

In the Chart of Account you can find a sales tax direction field in the company specific section of the account under the sales tax setup.

Try to enter the correct direction, save the record and try posting again.

thanks for your reply, i resolve the issue.Yes, in the above screenshot the highlited with red-color field was blank. I just put the main account number.
