Hi guys,
Need advices, when you want to start to use or implement RSAT, what preparation we need to do ? I saw the videos about this, and speakers usually emphasize about preparation. Like create Test cases in front (in the videos, it is depicted we need to draw diagrams), split the task recording into roles, etc
May I get some more details from someone that already implement this ? what tools or is there a best tools to create all the preparation ? like for example do we need to use Visio for the diagram ? or Power Point ? or Excel is enough ? Is there any template that we can follow ?
And for the test case plan, do we need to also specify the steps so the person who doing the task recorder will just follow ? but this will be like double job in timing sense.
