Getting error AsyncClient configuration through Powershell

I'm installing the POS machine in ax2012.

I installed the setup. Then I code in powershell to create a channel database and services also. its create the database but service isn't create getting an error like the below attachment

I followed the link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/install-commerce-data-exchange-async-server also.

any help? to overcome this error please

I find it. in this system earlier POS installed ..i uninstalling and installing again.. so this user was already exist.. then they said create failed for login error so i delete the similar user In sql security -> user and run the code it will run. as wise as created the service also
