Unable to use new field created for Case Entity as Global Filter in Interactive Service Hub

Hi All,

We are trying to use Interactive Service Hub ( ISH ) in our organization for Case Management. I created a new field for Case Entity with Data Type - Single Line of Text and Field Type - Simple. But If I try to use this field as a Global Filter in ISH, I see that the option is grayed out  as shown below :

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Regards,

Pradeep

I think I found out the issue. It has to do with Data Type of the field. Single line of text is not supported for filter. Thought of sharing in case if it helps someone.

    Hi Pradeep

This is a limitation on ISH - you cannot add Single/Multiline text fields to the global filter at the moment
