Is it possible to integrate Microsoft CRM with a CTI application CUCM from Cisco?
If yes what are the options and cost?

It looks like their MS connector is end of life since last year.Would you know any partner that is providing a connector for MS CRM and Cisco and that is not a Salesforce.com partner as well?

I'm not too sure about Cisco. But alternatively, you can check http://www.c360.com/cti.aspx. You can search for partners in your vicinity with this link, crm.dynamics.com/.../find-a-partner.aspx.
I don't think we have some MS documentation around this integrations.

To integrate your Microsoft Dynamics CRM with your Cisco client, I suggest you to use CTI for MS-CRM Integration.
It supports various version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
About VoIP, this application is compatible with Microsoft Lync and TAPI 2.1/3.0. It can be integrated, for example, with Avaya, Asterisk and, in your case, Cisco.
