Dexterity with VS2012 TFS

We have been using TFS and VS 2012 for Dexterity and Source Control since 2013, all of a sudden, every time I try to check out a resource, I get a prompt to enter my windows credentials for the TFS site, I enter them and then the resource checks out, when I check the resource back in, I get prompted for credentials again. Has anyone seen this before, it's like dexterity is no longer reading the stored credentials in windows credential manager?
