I am trying to make two custom entities behave similarly as the contact and account entity in regard to the timeline.
By Default when you add something to the timeline of a contact record you will see this as well on the timeline of the related account record.
I built the following:
- Two custom entities named 'Declaration' and 'Declaration line'. In this scenario Declaration has a parental relationship towards declaration line details are equal to that of account to contact.
- However when I ad an activity to the timeline of declaration line I do not see that this information appears on the timeline of 'declaration. How do I make these timelines behave the same way as account and contact?
