After deploying my marketing environment, when I go on new for windows like Marketing email, Forms, Customer Journey,
I do not have the possibility to have
More so I have no predefined template in my entire Marketing environment
Could I have advice on how to make them available in my environment
Hi,
It' s most likely because you have installed a Solution Only Marketing app, which includes all of the entities and solutions for Dynamics 365 Marketing, but doesn't include any of the marketing services.
Please check if the name of the app is Dynamics 365 Marketing Solution Only. It can be found in Dynamics 365 apps list from Power Platform Admin Center.
