Workflow is the add-on functionality that we not only use for purchase order, but can use for other business documents like (Sales Order, Invoice journals etc).

From technical point of view there is a relation between workflow objects and other business document objects

the below link might help you,if you want to see from technical perspective.

Could you please elaborate your question ?

You did not find information in these tables, you don't know how to write select statement to find appropriate row, or you need something else.

    Srinivas,

All of this information should be available in the 'view history' of the PO. You should see in the tracking information all of the approvals, delegations and rejections are available in this area. The workflow must be completed, 'approved' in order for the PO to be receipted and subsequently invoiced.

    Hopefully this helps.

    Hi srinivas,

You can select this data from workflowWorkItemTable and workflowTrackingTable tables.

Good example how to get all the data could be CustInvoiceTable.CustFreeInvoiceMostRecentComment() method.
