Hi forum,
This query is related to reversal of multiple approved leave transactions.
In Approved time-off tab, we can select multiple lines and can click on Update time-off.
In the time-off screen, for each record we need to either click on Remove button to change from Full day to None or manually update half day. This activity needs to be done for every record.
Is there anyway where we can update Full day to None at one shot rather than doing this one by one. It will be a pain if HR wants to reverse/update maternity leave transactions. Anything I missed here.

Unfortunately, I believe the quickest way for HR to do this would be to click 'Remove' quickly... although there is another option to do this in bulk.
The 'Excel Workbook Designer' lets you load data from Talent, into excel.
First off, the quickest way is to search for the page in the search bar. From here you filter the entities, select what columns you want for it and create the workbook.
Download the excel sheet, enable editing in the excel sheet and all your records should appear (along with a Dynamics 365 pane on the righthand side).
Once you have deleted all your leave transactions, click 'Publish'.
