
Working with the Dynamics 365 HR, I have noticed that I cannot see any functionalities in regards to GDPR pseudonymised or anonymisation of records including the right to be forgottern-deleted. Ofcourse in case of employment, certain records must remain -by law- saved for a certain period of time, however closed accounts or terminated occupations/employees´records remain in the system with no possibility of pseudonymisation...
Any potential plans to tackle this point?

Hi Farouk,
There are options in the security to provide access to past workers only to certain users. You can actually change the person name and contact details manually for de-identification if required. You can do this on the Global Address Book form.
